The RCA/RCA and RCA/DIN record player signal cable for connection of record player’s arm with preamplifier. The cable consists of two wires, each of which has two conductors; one of them includes four polished silver wires Ø 0.32 with the 99.999 (5N) purity and the other one is a braid of 48 silver wires Ø 0.13 with 99.999 (5N) purity. The conductors have a shielding of galvanic OFC gold-plated copper braid. The cable has hybrid shielding consisting of galvanic 24k gold-plated braid with 48 OFC copper wires Ø 0.13, XC braided shielding and a very tight chrome-nickel Cr/Ni braid. The hybrid shielding system ensures a high degree of EMC electromagnetic compatibility that guarantees very high, excellent resistance to disturbances caused by EM and RF waves propagation. The cable is equipped with a STOPER system, which effectively decreases electrostatic charges, suppresses vibrations and reduces the so called microphone effect. The grounding wire consists of OFC copper braid coated with 24k gold. The cable is assembled with jack plugs on demand or with recommended RCA Argentum plugs with 24k gold galvanic coating in the Gold version or optionally with rhodium coating in the Rod version. The RCA Argentum plugs feature an internal (hot) 5N silver pin, which is protected against silver oxidation by a precious galvanic rhodium-plated (Rd) coating. The connectors are made of Argentum alloy (8% silver). The outer cable sheathing is made of natural red leather wrapped with golden tinsel, which is a characteristic/recognizable feature of this cable.
